As one of the important stakeholders of this institution, the ex-students have come forward with great zeal for the overall development of this college. After the formation of ‘Vivekananda Mahavidyalaya Alumni Association’ under the able leadership of Dr. Harihar Bhattacharyya, Dean, Faculty of Arts, the University of Burdwan as President and Sri Debasis Sen as Secretary, they organized one Cultural Programme to raise fund and contributed Rs. 60,000/- (Rupees sixty thousand only) to the college authorities for providing computer facilities in the college. The permanent committee of the Association was formed with great enthusiasm in a meeting in which about eight hundred ex-students participated spontaneously. Our Kudos to the Association.
